Why join the list
This isn't a newsletter signup. It's the line that forms before the box office opens.
The list gets the ticket link before it's posted anywhere. When the last one sold out, waiting cost people their seat.
The lowest price BAM Mania II will ever be goes to this list first. Prices only move in one direction after that.
VIP sold out completely last time: full-day masterminds, open bar, preferred seating. This list hears the second VIP opens.

From the room
The most laidback, highly professional conference I have ever attended in 15 years of real estate conferences. The caliber of speakers and panelists was top tier, and highly approachable. High-value production laced with humor and edge. Simple and straight-forward. No bullshit. All vibes.
I have been to my fair share of real estate conferences, between Tom Ferry Summit and brokerage retreats, and this BY FAR was the FIRST time I have ever come home with tangible takeaways I can use. The speakers really gave us their trade secrets. The event was SO much fun, genuine and unpretentious. 10/10 recommend.
With over 30 years of being a Realtor, you have a tendency to not have high expectations at a convention. Well, I received value with the very first speaker, with plenty more to follow. An incredible mixture of information and entertainment in a relaxing environment. The day went by much too fast, definitely leaving you wanting more!
Was so happy with the turnout, the content provided to us, and the overall amount of value that we were able to get from the event. I'm not normally an "upgrade to VIP" kind of guy, and was VERY happy I did.
BAM Mania was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every speaker, including Sharran Srivatsaa and Ricky Carruth, delivered outstanding insights on a wide range of real estate topics. I walked away feeling empowered to be a true knowledge broker and excited to implement the tools and strategies to grow my business. I'm already looking forward to next year!
Finally an event that isn't just a bunch of people trying to sell you their services. The room every serious agent needs to be in if they intend to grow their business.
